ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday again made it clear that it
is high time that International Community must not doubt on Pakistan urging it
has given innumerable sacrifices in war against terrorism.
According to sources, President expressed these views during his one-on one
meeting with Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani in which both rejected the
foreign reports and assured that no compromise shall be made on the country’s
sovereignty and integrity at any cost.
They asked international community not to doubt the intention and sincerity
of Pakistan in war against terror.
According to Online they regretted the distrust and non-confidence shown by
the US on Pakistan, their unilateral action and a violation of country’s
sovereignty.
Relations with US were also discussed in length besides operation in
Abbotabad regarding killing of OBL.
Sources added that were of a clear cut stance that entire nation’s
reservations will be removed regarding OBL killing.
Prime Minister took President in confidence on stock of issues with special
focus on Abbottabad operation.
