Judicial enquiry of killing foreigners launched Tribunal for probing into Khoratabad incident set up


ISLAMABAD - Tribunal has been set up for a judicial enquiry into the Khoratabad incident, in which five foreigners were shot dead by cops in Balochistan province.

According to a private TV channel, home ministry has issued the notification relation to the setting up of the tribunal after the approval of the chief minister.
The tribunal headed by Balochistan High Court’s Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar would make an enquiry into the incident and submit the report within fourteen days to the provincial government in the light of which the actions against those responsible would be taken.
Bolan Medical Hospital’s Police Surgeon reportedly said that the final post mortem report of those five foreigners killed in the Kharotabad incident would be submitted by Monday, May 23 and added the main reason for the death of the foreigners was gunshot.
