ISLAMABAD: As the weather is getting chill, the price of Liquid
Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been increased by Rs 5 to Rs 10 per kilogram .
According
to Chairman of All Pakistan LPG Dealers Association, Irfan Khokhar the
price of domestic cylinder has been increased by Rs 60 to Rs 120,
whereas the commercial cylinder was enhanced by Rs 240 to Rs 480.
The new prices would be implemented from Thursday.
After
the increase , LPG would be available at Gilgit, Baltistan, FATA,
Balakot, Muzaffarabad, Bagh and remaining AJK , Murree and Swat for the
Rs 150 to Rs160 per kg., whereas the domestic cylinder in these areas
would be sold for Rs 1750 to Rs 1870.
The LPG in Rawalpindi and
Islamabad would be available for Rs 140 to Rs 145 per kilo gram, whereas
the domestic cylinder in the twin cities would be offered to the
consumers at Rs 1630 to Rs 1690.
The LPG would be available in
Lahore, Gujrat, Sialkot, Sahiwal, Khanewal, Kasur, Sargodha and Behra
for Rs 120 to Rs 125 per kg. The price of domestic cylinder would be Rs
1390 to Rs 1450 in these areas.
The LPG price for the cities
including Peshawar, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ismail Khan, Sukkur has been
fixed at the rate of Rs 130 to Rs 135 per kilogram, whereas the domestic
cylinder of LPG would be available Rs 1510 to Rs 1570 in these cities.
Similarly, it will be sold in Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan and
Faisalabad for Rs 125 to Rs 130 per kg, whereas LPG would be available
at Karachi for Rs 111 to Rs 115 per kg. Online
