ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik called on the President
Asif Zardari at Presidency here on Monday and briefed him about the law
& order situation and ongoing Rangers’ operation at Karachi.
Interior
Minister apprised President that operation produced very fruitful
results as some important culprits involved in targeted killing were
arrested during it. On the occasion Rehman Malik also told President
Zardari his viewpoint regarding the allegations leveled by Zulfiqar
Mirza against him.
President Zardari appreciated the operation
of Rangers at Karachi and directed Interior Minister to carry on
operation without any discrimination till the complete elimination of
