Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif
has appointed Lt Gen (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch and Lt Gen (retd)
Salahuddin Trimzi as Assistant Secretary Generals of the party.
This was told during the administrative committee meeting of the
PML-N chaired by Senior President Sartaj Aziz held here at the party
secretariat in Islamabad.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Secretary General Chaudhry Ahsan
Iqbal, former secretary general Iqbal Zaffar Jhagra, Secretary
Information Senator Mushahidullh Khan, Lt Gen (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch
and Lt Gen (retd) Salahuddin Trimzi.
The meeting was informed that the party would celebrate 14th August
with great enthusiasm; meanwhile the meeting was informed that the
instructions to the district office bearers have already been conveyed
in regard to the 14th August celebrations.
It was decided in the meeting that to promote the party message in
the country the media coordination committee would be established,
which would be chaired by secretary information; meanwhile the
provincial information secretaries would be the members of the
committee.
It was also decided that the district office bearers would check the
voters lists and would play active role to point out mistakes in the
voter lists.
Meanwhile the party also decided that a committee of
parliamentarians would be set up to point out the mistakes in census
and NADRA and matter would be presented at every forum.
The meeting also showed serious concerns that the government instead
of the promise has failed to end electricity load shedding during Sehar
and Aftar time.
The meeting also shown serious concerns about the matter of Pakistan
railways and demanded of the government to solve the matter of train
service immediately so that the poor masses could celebrate the
Eid-ul-Fitar with their near and dear ones. SANA
