Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani has said that the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) would co-operate with the Central Intelligence(CIA) agency on an equal terms.
At a meeting with the US Joint Chief of Staff Chairman Mike Mullen, he said that the ISI would either cooperate with CIA on equal basis or not co-operate at all, The Nation reports.
General Kayani discussed the situation emerging in the aftermath of the unilateral Abbottabad raid that has resulted in the death of Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden.
He told Mullen about Pakistan's reservations on the raid and a joint resolution passed in Parliament against the US-led drone strikes.
General Kayani demanded that the US should not infringe on the Pakistan boundaries for targeting a terrorist in future.
He said that Pakistan would be the sole authority to take action, while the US would only share information. ANI
