Peshawar: People on Saturday suffered many difficulties during the sit-in staged by Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf here in provincial capital.
As per reports, during the sit-in protest, traffic was seen severely jammed while patients also faced hardship to reach the hospitals. All private schools were closed at Hayatabad and other parts of the city and access to Hayatabad Medical Complex was also seen seldom.
Harsh weather made difficulties of public more severe, where people were seen in search of cold water and drinks. Meanwhile, thousands of people participated in the sit-in called by Imran Khan, leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to protest against killing of innocent people in tribe belt by the CIA drones.
