ISLAMABAD - Co-Chairman of PPP President AsifAli Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusaf Raza Gilani chaired ameeting of PPP ministers and leaders here at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.
The meeting that was held late Wednesday night discussed thecurrent political situation obtaining in the country.
Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh gave a briefing on the economicsituation in the country.
Prime Minister Gilani also briefed the meeting about overalllaw and order and political situation with reference to thecoalition matters.
The meeting thoroughly discussed and debated the issuesconfronting the country.
The meeting reposed full confidence in the leadership ofCo-Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari andPrime Minister Gilani.
