At least four people were killed and several others were inured in the result of the US drone attack in Miranshah area of North Waziristan Agency here on Saturday.
The attack took place at a house near Miranshah, the main town of North Waziristan tribal district. The drones continued their flights on the area for several hours after the attack, which created panic in the local residents. It was third drone attack in last four days after the Chicago summit.
According to details, a US drone fired two missiles at a house and at least four people were killed and several others were injured. The identities of the dead in the drone strike were not immediately known.
Islamabad has been resisting US pressure to launch a sweeping offensive against militants in the area.
