A strike on the call of the traders’ community and local jirga has been observed in Swat in protest of the NATO attack on Wednesday.
Banners were displayed regarding pride for the army throughout the city.
Residents of the city are protesting against the NATO attack in Mohmand Agency in which 24 soldiers were killed.
Following the attack, Pakistan placed a blockade on NATO supplies
from the country and gave the US a fifteen day deadline to vacate Shamsi
