NATO/ISAF prepares plan to target Pakistani militants in eastern Afghanistan: John Allen

NATO and ISAF forces have prepared a plan for taking action against Pakistani militants in the eastern Afghanistan.

NATO and ISAF Commander in Afghanistan John Allen has said that for targeting the militants in Pakistan we are moving the direction of operations towards eastern Afghanistan and for this the possibility of ground and aerial attacks would not be rejected.
According to a Britain newspaper “The Guardian” the NATO commander prepared a plan to conduct aerial and ground operations against militants across the boarder.
The militant groups of Pakistan would be wiped out in the next year including Haqqani network, Mullah Nazir and Hafiz Gul Bahadur group.
US while decreasing its strength in Helmand and Kandahar proceeding towards eastern Afghanistan, the newspaper added.
The newspaper further said that a message was conveyed to Pakistan army that if they would not eliminate the safe havens of militants then US would try to eliminate the safe havens of militants in Pakistan.
John Allan has said that we would not disclose the plan of action in eastern Afghanistan but we would extend the security zone around the Kabul and the concentration would be focused on Lugar, Ghazni and Kabul. SANA
