Pakistani Permanent Representative in United Nations Abdullah Hussain Haroon has
said that drone attacks issue might be raised in United Nations and
this is possible with the permission of government of Pakistan or
National Assembly.
He said that the world is changing day by day and friends are no
remain more friends. India supported Pakistan in the election of
non-permanent member of UN SC.
This he said while talking to media at Karachi airport on his arrival from New York on Saturday.
He said that conspiracies were hatched to stop Pakistan from becoming
a member of UN Security Council; meanwhile it is great success of
Pakistan to elect as member of UN SC and world is hopeful that Pakistan
would play a constructive as a member of UN SC.
He said that we are facing drone attacks from long time and we should
not worried about it, adding that the government should play role to
change the situation of Pakistani; meanwhile he said that he would met
President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and
officials of foreign office. SANA
