Government decides to write letter to Swiss courts for reopening of cases against President Zardari

The government has decided to write letter to the Swiss courts regarding the reopening of cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.

According to a private TV channel the senor lawyer and former Supreme Court Bar Association President Aitzaz Ahsan would draft the letter to the Swiss courts. According to the Aitzaz Ahsan there is problem for writing letter to Swiss courts.
The government is also consulting the option of formation of commission regarding the implementation of cases closed following the NRO.
These matters have been discussed during the meeting of the senior leadership of the PPP; meanwhile the government would initiate these steps during the next one or two days.
According to the private TV channel sources the PPP leadership has suggested that the well reputed parliamentarians should also be included in the commission. SANA
