ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday felicitated Prime
Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani along with other respected leaders of
all political parties on a successful All Parties Conference (APC).
The
APC held on Thursday in its 13 point resolution had sent a message
across the globe that Pakistanis were united and would not compromise
on national security at any cost.
In his message, President
Zardari said it is an enriching sign that APC vowed in one voice to
safeguard the territorial integrity of Pakistan and brushed aside
’allegations and assertions’ leveled against ISI and military as
baseless.
The APC was attended by Mian Nawaz Sharif, Chaudhry
Nisar, Asfandyar Wali, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Maulana Fazlur Rehman,
Haji Munir Orakzai, Munawar Hasan, Imran Khan, Shaikh Rashid besides 50
other leaders of the political parties. Online
