The banking court has indicted Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Moonis Elahi in National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) case, a private TV channel reported on Saturday.
Moonis Elahi is the son of Punjab’s former chief minister and federal minister, Pervez Elahi.
The court has also indicted Manager Mohammad Malik and two others in the same case.
The next hearing is scheduled on June 16.
While talking to media outside the court, Rai Bashir Advocate said that his client wanted decision on the case immediately. SANA
