Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that he has not seen corruption at large scale in his life which is being done by PPP government, adding that this is not country of Zardari and Gilani; rather it is of 180 million people, adding that it not possible that rulers not accept Supreme Court decisions and PML-N will sit silently.
He said that we are fighting war of country and could not hand over country to such rulers which are not accepting SC verdicts, adding that PML-N is taking hard decisions due to the adamant government, adding mockery of SC will not be allowed.
This Nawaz Sharif said while addressing the ceremony of distributing keys of 1292 houses in labourers constructed by Punjab government; meanwhile Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif and others were also present on the occasion.
He said that houses should have been allotted to the labourers in every nook and corner of the country and unemployment should have been ended in the country.
He said that from 1990 to 1993 employment was after the labourers and country was progressing and Pakistan was at top of the list of progress in the region and now it is at lowest in the region today, adding that when there is no gas and electricity in the country how country would progress.
He said that I asked Gilani and Zardari in 2008 to bring Musharraf in National Assembly and should ask why you have taken country at present situation, adding that the country was progressing in 1990s during PML-N era.
Nawaz Sharif said that masses showed love to rulers only when they receive service from rulers, adding that Shahbaz Sharif has done excellent work by constructing houses for the labourers.
He said that his father was also labourer and had established industry after long hard work, adding that 10,000 labourers were used to work in Mian Sharif’s factory and Zulfiqar Bhutto had nationalized the factory and all the labourers were become jobless.
He said that even today a person who earns 20,000 could mange live hardly, adding that the slogan of PPP is cloth, house and bread, adding these are slogans for taking votes, adding that in my point of view the salary of the labourer should be 2,0000.
He said that I ask Shahbaz to summon all the industrialists and should ask them to ensure payment of the 9,000 announced by Punjab government.
Nawaz Sharif said that I congratulate Shahbaz for increasing pay of labourers, adding that if the tenure of governments of PML-N were allowed to complete the country would have been progressing and there would have been no unemployment in the country.
He said that if the government will not accept the Supreme Court decisions than what we will do except protest, adding that if the masses will not protest the country would go towards anarchy, adding that the country is not only of Zardari and Gilani, it is of 180 million people, adding that we will not allow to destroy the institutions of the country.
He said that we have heard criticism being the friendly opposition was listened for the democracy, adding that some people were talking on media channels that the country is going towards politics of 1990s, adding that we are fighting war of youth and strengthening of the institutions, adding that it should not say we going are going towards 1990 politics we are fighting war of country.
He said that if the PPP government would have worked for the masses than I would have supporting the government and we were supporting the government even today, adding that the restoration of the judiciary of the country was difficult because PPP had refused to restore judges and for this cause we had to carry long march, adding that they have given nothing except the load shedding and billions of rupees were looted in rental power projects.
He said that Supreme Court gives ruling daily but the government did not accept these rulings, adding that the government not change people appointed on high posts on orders of the SC. He said that he has not seen corruption at large scale in his whole life, adding even government looted the Hujjaj and sons of high ups are involved in corruption.
He said that the country one day will progress and there would be no load shedding in country and children of the labourers will go to schools and government would provide them lap tops.
Meanwhile addressing on the occasion Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced on Labour Day that minimum wage in the province would be Rs9,000. Shahbaz Sharif said Punjab was being treated liked a step-mother, adding that labourers could not earn a wage if there was no electricity of gas in the province.
He said that the corruption is being done at large scale in country, adding that Punjab industry faced loss of 300 billion rupees due to the electricity load shedding.
He said that federal is not handing over the resources to provinces which were approved in 18th amendment, adding that there is no electricity in the palaces of Islamabad. He said that time has come to throw out Ali Baba and 40 thieves from country, adding that Zardaris will not be allowed to fled from country. He said that if the masses will give chance of service to PML-N again we will end electricity load shedding from country in three years. SANA
