ISLAMABAD: Senator elect Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan said on Wednesday
that he would prove before the Supreme Court that Prime Minister Yousuf
Raza Gilani is not guilty in contempt of court case.
Talking to
media persons out side Supreme Court, Aitzaz said that he felt that the
court did not permit him to ask some important question during the
proceeding of the case, but the matter is subjudice and he does not want
to pass any comments.
He said that objection could not be raised, if the court would pass judgment in accordance with law and constitution.
Replying
to a question, he said that Nargis Sethi is not the witness of the case
against Prime Minister, as it became a tradition that any high official
would tell the court about PM’s character. Online
