Pakistan High Commission issues visa to Mansoor Ijaz

London: Mansoor Ijaz has obtained Pakistan visa from Pakistan High Commission in London on Thursday.

According to media reports, Mansoor Ijaz, the central character in memogate issue, personally visited the office of Pakistan High Commission in London where he was issued a one-year multiple visa along with summon from the Memo Commission.
Before visiting the office of Pakistan High Commission, Mansoor Ijaz made a telephonic contact with the office.
He was also served the notice issued by Parliamentary Committee on National Security asking him to submit his written statement on 24th January 2012 and to appear before the Committee on 26th January 2012 in connection with a probe into the alleged Memo.
Ijaz was also extended other consular services at the High Commission.
Mansoor Ijaz is due to appear before the Memo Commission in Pakistan on January 24 and before the Parliamentary Committee on January 26.
