ISPR rejects US allegations against Pak army

Pakistan rejected the American allegation for not conducting operations against militants.

Foreign news agency reported that ISPR Spokesman Major General Athar Abbas said in a statement that before issuing any statement against Pakistan for not conducting operations against militants America should understand the problems of Pakistan.
He said that military operation is continued in three agencies out of seven agencies against the militants and steps are being taken to improve the situation in other tribal areas, adding that intelligence sharing method is helpful for Pakistan army and army reacts after receiving any valid information.
He said that objections should not be raised on the capabilities of Pakistan army in war against terrorism.
It is pertinent to mention here that American military officials alleged that there is lack of professional capabilities in Pakistan army to conduct operations against militants and to fulfill its promises.
American LT General John Ellen said in a statement before the Armed Services Committee of Senate that they hoped that Pakistan would conduct operations against militants group like Haqqani network SANA
