Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran khan has stressed the need to further expand the bilateral friendly ties with China.
Imran Khan said this during his visit to Chinese embassy here on Tuesday to congratulate the Chinese Communist Party on its 90 years of establishment.
He discussed the overall political situation of the country with Chinese Ambassador Liu Jian and said his party believes in local solution of the country’s problems instead of importing formulas.
Khan said Pakistan can learn greatly from the Chinese political and economic progress in past 30 years. He said PTI is a growing political force of the country and is fast getting popular in the masses.
He stressed the need of transparent polls in the country based on true electoral lists having registered votes of youngsters in it. He said it is only possible through setting up a transparent election commission.
Later Khan thanked the Chinese Ambassador for inviting him to the embassy. SANA
