PML-N office ransacked in Karachi

KARACHI : A group of enraged men attacked the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Secretariat Office in Karsaz Karachi here on Monday.

The incident took place at around 2 PM when dozens of activists reportedly belonging to some nationalist parties came at the regional office of PML-N known as ‘Muslim League House’ located at Karsaz and ransacked it.
The attackers finished their task swiftly before arrival of policeA case (FIR81/11) was registered in Bahadurabad police station against unknown miscreants on the complaint of Ghulam Mustafa, secretary of PML-N leader Saleem Zia under sections 147, 148, 149, 527 and 452 of Pakistan Penal Code.Meanwhile, a restaurant of PML-N leader Sardar Rahim in the limits of Clifton town police was also attacked. The attackers damaged the furniture of restaurant.Sources said that police had detained 10 miscreants; however, the police declined to confirm the arrests.Meanwhile, PML-N leaders Saleem Zia, Syed Hafizuddin, Qadir Khan Mandokhel Advocate, and others strongly condemned attacks on Pakistan Muslim League House Karsaz and on the hotel of PML-N leader in Clifton area and termed it acst of terrorism. In a joint statement issued here on Monday from Muslim League Media Cell Sindh they claimed that government is involved in the harassment of PML-N activists in Sindh.  PPI
