Four more killed in Karachi including Imam Masjid

KARACHI: Unknown men killed four persons including an Imam Mosque in various incidents of firing here on Friday, said Police sources.

As per details, Police recovered dead bodies of two youngsters near KMC Workshop and Maiwa Shah graveyard of Dhobi Ghat located in the jurisdiction of Pak Colony Police Station. The deceased were transferred to Civil Hospital, while police informed that both were killed after brutal torturing. The corpses were couldn’t identified, however, their ages were 25 years and 19 years old.
In an other incident police found dead body of a unknown person from Gulshan Iqbal Block No. 07, while police has shifted the corpse to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Police said that the deceased could not be identified, however, spots of tortures have been found on his body.
Meanwhile, some anonymous armed men opened provoked firing on Imam from Daei’ Mosque Maulana Irshad Ullah Abbasi in an area of Garden East located in the jurisdiction of Soldier Bazar Police Station. Resultantly, the Imam Mosque was killed on spot. Police said that the incident took place when Maulana Irshad was to offer Fajar prayer that unknown persons opened fire and killed him. His corpse transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. The native town of deceased Imam was from Kala Dhaka of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said police. Online
