KARACHI: At least six persons including a criminal have been killed
in various incidents of firing here on Wednesday, said police sources.
As
per details, some unknown gunmen opened unprovoked firing at the
residence of a woman named Saeeda located in Gulbahar Usmania Colony,
Nazimabad. Later, they attacked her with dagger and killed her on the
spot. Police has recovered corpse of the lady and transferred to
hospital for autopsy.
Police have found dead bodies of two real
brothers named Babar (28) and Bilal (30) from Bakra Pairi, Malir. Both
were residence of Malir and were kidnapped on Tuesday. Police told that
unknown persons shot the brothers on the head
The dead bodies
have been sent to Jinnah hospital for postmortem. Later, taking action
against the culprits, the police confirmed that one killer named Atif
who was involved in real brothers killing has been arrested on
Wednesday.
Earlier, police recovered two dead bodies of unknown
persons respectively from Goth, Malir and Landhi No. 89. Police told
that the dead bodies could not be identified due to severe injuries.
Meanwhile,
a criminal has been killed in a police encounter in a Farm House of
Malir. The incident took place during night between Tuesday and
Wednesday, when at least ten alleged armed persons entered in a Farm
House located in Malir.
During exchange of firing between police
and armed persons, resultantly, one criminal died on the spot and rest
of the nine succeeded to flee from the crime scene.
Police recovered a gun from the dead accused; however, his dead body could not be identified.
The corpse has been shifted to hospital for postmortem. Online
