Karachi : A joint team of Pakistan coast Guards and Pakistan Customs seized two oil tankers carrying smuggled Iranian oil at zero point coastal highway Liyari, Balochistan.
The oil was being transported from Ormara to Karachi. On credible information a special joint team was dispatched that stopped the suspected vehicles near zero point (Liyari) coastal highway. On search 49000 liters of Iranian oil worth Rs.115, 92, 000/- wasfound and seized. Further investigation is underway by the joint special investigation team, a PCG release said on Monday.
